Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
- Free shipping on all orders above PKR 50,000
International Shipping
- Standard International: 7–14 business days
- Express International: 3–5 business days
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order online.
